Children are influenced by the world around them, to help guide their curiosity and love for learning, family members, educators, and the community must come together to create experiences that will challenge and guide them.  

Children are our future, the skills, dedication, and passion that we teach them will influence the world they will create. 

孩童从生活中学习并成长，作为老师、父母及社会，应一起努力帮助他们成长，鼓励他们的好奇心，引导他们探索与学习。孩子是我们的未来，我们教会他们的一切都将会影响未来他们所创造的新世界。

No two students or lessons are the same and it is this uniqueness which helps to make teaching so fun, interesting, and challenging. Seeing the progress that students make and the enjoyment that they have in lessons gives me great satisfaction as a teacher. 

没有完全相同的学生或完全相同的课堂，这让教学更有趣，也更具挑战。见证学生成长的过程让我感到作为老师的成就感。

As a foreign teacher, I realize the importance of understanding my students' culture, as a way to better deliver the lessons that I teach. So in a way, understanding your students may even precede understanding the lesson you are planning to teach. 

作为外籍教师，去理解、懂你学生的文化是非常重要的。只有在文化上和学生有了共鸣，你才能更好地让他们接受你传授的知识。

With an optimal class size of twenty-six, I find it easier and definitely beneficial to employ different instructional approaches and engage the students in hands-on and cooperative learning. My amiable students are ever eager to learn and easily enthused to participate.

通过不同的有效的方法，学生的学习和课堂参与变得更容易了。他们更愿意参与到课堂中，也更爱学习了。

One of the great things about an international education is that students are provided with all the right tools to reach their full potential. The learning environment establishes a sense of wonder, provides much time to wallow, ponder, and discover. Students learn to nurture theirselves, and they develop great self awareness. They begin to understand the world and how they belong in it.

好的学习环境让孩子们去发现、探索、建立认知、了解世界。

 Motivation is the key to all learning, otherwise students may find it difficult to participate in class. In my lessons, I always try to find new and creative ways to encourage the students to open up and speak. It’s essential to incorporate fun and creative activities for all levels of students to partake in. If students are motivated enough, they can accomplish learning of any scale.

调动学生的积极性是课堂上的重要环节。我总尝试用不同的创新方式去鼓励学生参与。任何学生，只要学习的积极性被调动起来，都能更好地掌握所学。

A good teacher cannot inspire learning without being a learner. The good teacher must constantly learn what is new in the discipline.

 I believe a teacher lives to serve. A teacher is dedicated to learning, to his or her discipline, to his or her students, and to making the future the best possible place for all of us to live. 

一个好老师不会停止学习、充实的脚步。教师是一个奉献的职业，为我们未来的生活提供最好的可能性。

Spontaneity of humor and laughter is a valuable part of my teaching philosophy. I believe that students respond to learning better, when they actually enjoy the process through a positive interaction. 

幽默，是我教学理念中重要的一部分。我坚信，当学生有了积极的课堂互动，并享受学习过程的时候，他们才能更好地学习知识。

I hope to give students the ambition and drive to search for moral truth in the world. In this way students can be great contribution to the community in the future.

我希望鼓励学生去探寻事实的真相。这样，他们才能在将来为这个世界作出更大的贡献。

I like to share my experience with students. I would like my students to learn from others, from life and from themselves.

To teach is something we give to students for them to identify and maximize their full potentials to realize their dreams and life's aspirations. Being a teacher is like a beacon, it serves as a guiding light for the young minds to become a responsible citizen. Also, I believe that each student have their own strength and weaknesses that needs to be individually catered and addressed.

我们应该帮助学生探寻最大的潜能，了解自己志向，唤醒内心的梦想。我还相信，每个学生都有自己的长短板，同样需要我们去引领，去指导。

I always put myself in the students’ shoes, as teaching is not is not about the knowledge is about how to deliver the knowledge to the learner.  

I make sure the students are able to use this knowledge in real life and to provide a strong foundation for lifelong learning. 

我通常会站在学生的立场来思考问题。教学的重点并不是知识，而是如何将知识传授给学生。我们需要确保现在教授给学生的知识可以让他们运用到生活，并受益一生。

   My teaching philosophy is to create a pleasant, friendly and enticing environment conducive to learning, character building, solving puzzling problems, building high level of confidence and remaining motivated through indoor classes, outdoor activities and progressive growth and development of my students physically, mentally, socially and intellectually to enjoy  their educational environment, childhood and confidence rich lives.

通过课堂内外的学习与活动，创造令人愉悦的、友好的、迷人的学习环境，可以帮助学生解决难题，建立自信，保持学习的积极性。
