走过又一个四季轮回，这一刻，当我们再次回想起过去的一年，甚至过去的三年，你会用什么词语来定义、描述、书写这段大江奔流的岁月？

我们的答案，是“勇敢”。勇敢来自于斗争，勇敢在同困难顽强奋斗中渐形成。

勇敢地去选择。短暂的一生中，我们应当择一性情所向之事，心中怀着诗与远方，浪漫而热忱。当我们牵过每一双孩子的小手，便将“教育”的责任与使命背负在身。

勇敢地去探索。人生或事业的意义，绝不是脑袋里空想就能实现的，而是要真真切切地化为行动，去探索、去创造、去追寻。每一所新校的启用，每一轮课程的升级，每一次管理的迭代，每一次项目的拓展，都倾注了伦华人百分百的智慧，展现了苛求分毫的完美和倔强。

勇敢地去坚守。教育是一条注定要长跑的路，一朝一夕不足以改变，它充满艰辛却又风光无限，必须要找到决定追寻和坚守的价值。我们最珍视的，是那些没有在校园相聚的日子，全体教职员工依然奋战在“线上教学”的隐形战线上，用爱心为教学持续升温，用细心守住安全高墙。质朴、温暖、平实、恒久。

这段悠长亦不可阻挡的岁月里，每一个伦华人都不曾停下脚步，我们都在认真地思考一个问题：如何让教育回归它真正的本质？它需要诗意与爱，需要敬畏与信心，更需要赤诚与意志。道阻且长，行则将至。

冬日已经过半，春天亦不遥远。不必流连逝去的过往，更无须再去刻意寻回。

我们要做的，是始终如一地去行走、去探索、去点燃，对光明的未来仍充满希望。拨云见日，朝曦已照耀在我们脸上，让我们相互温暖，携手勇敢前行。

1月，伦华教育举行以“破晓出征·乘势笃行”为主题的高管迎新团建活动，聚焦品牌，凝心聚力，完成一场自我革新。

8月，由厦门大学主办、伦华教育承办的“博识·慧力”中青年干部管理培训营在厦门举行，为集团发展注入活力。

1月，伦华教育以“线上+线下”相结合的形式，召开以“日新·有恒”为主题的2021年度总结暨表彰大会，礼赞奋斗的博慧时光。

In January, Lunhua Education held the 2021 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference in the form of “O2O” and titled the theme of “Innovation and Perseverance” to appreciate the dedicated time of Bohui.

8月，伦华教育迎来七周岁生日，开启一段崭新的奋斗之旅。

11月，伦华教育创始人、总校长曹伦华先生带领师生开启第十三年的北川爱心之旅。自2008年“512”大地震之后，伦华教育与北川一年一度的相约从未间断，将温暖传递、将爱意延续。

In November, Mr. Cao Lunhua, the founder and the chief principal of Lunhua Education led teachers and students to Beichuan for the 13^th Year of the journey of love. Since the earthquake on 12 May 2008, the promise between Lunhua Education and Beichuan every year has always lasted to pass warmth and extend love.

11月，为响应《新课程方案与课程标准》核心素养的教学要求，构建高质量教育教学体系，苏州科技城外国语学校组织举办首届“博慧杯”基于新课标理念的单元主题教学展示活动，现场聚集了多位权威教育专家和全省近400位教育同仁。

In November, in order to adapt to the teaching requirements of the core quality and structure a high-quality education and teaching system, Suzhou Science and Technology Foreign Language School held the first session of the “Bohui Cup” Teaching Demonstration Activity. There were many authoritative education experts and approximately 400 education practitioners participating in this activity.

解码：Decode

曹伦华先生与团队共同撰写的第三本教育专著《教育密码》付梓。该书由国家督学、教育部基础教育课程改革专家委员会委员、原江苏省教科所所长成尚荣，和新加坡教育部高级顾问、新加坡校长学院高级顾问、原新加坡华侨中学校长、原新加坡教育部高级学校督学和课程规划与发展司副司长、伦华教育总督学洪伟雄先生倾情作序，是对“博融天下、慧悦人生”理念的进一步思考，是伦华教育成立以来全体同仁积累的有益经验与做法的总结。

The third educational monograph "Education Code" co-authored by Mr. Cao Lunhua and the team was published. The book’s preface is written by Mr. Cheng Shangrong, national education supervisor, member of the expert committee on basic education curriculum reform of the Ministry of Education, and former director of Jiangsu Education Institute, and Mr. Ang Wee Hiong, senior advisor of the Ministry of Education of Singapore, senior advisor of the Singapore School of Principals, former principal of Hwa Chong Institution, former senior supervisor of Schools and Deputy Director of the Department of Curriculum Planning and Development of the Ministry of Education of Singapore, and Chief Inspector of Education of Lunhua Education. It is a further reflection on the idea of "Broaden knowledge for global citizens and Enlighten wisdom for the fulfilled life", and a summary of the useful experience and practices accumulated by all the colleagues of Lunhua Education since its establishment.

启航：Sailing

9月，伦华教育旗下第一所民办高中——常熟市伦华高级中学正式开学。作为常熟市委市政府2022 年“提升常熟市教育能级”重点项目以及常熟首家高端民办高中，学校受到社会各界广泛关注。

In September, Changshu Lunhua Senior High School, the first private high school under Lunhua Education, officially opened. As a key project of the Changshu government, which is to "improve Changshu's education level" in 2022 and the first high-end private high school in Changshu, the school has attracted extensive attention from all sectors of society.

9月，伦华教育旗下学前教育板块又迎来两所重磅打造全新特色普惠幼儿园——苏州高新区（虎丘区）苏科外附属玉屏幼儿园和苏州市吴中区特灵星童幼儿园。

7月，在济宁高新区管委会全体班子见证下，济宁高新区、浩珂教育和伦华教育正式签署三方合作办学协议，延续赤诚与匠心，开启济宁孔子学校崭新的征程。

In July, witnessed by the management committee of Jining High-tech Zone, Jining High-tech Zone, Haoke Education and Lunhua Education officially signed a tripartite cooperative school-running agreement, continuing their sincerity and ingenuity, and opening a new journey for Jining Confucius School.

10月，南通市教育局下发“南通市伦华高级中学有限公司”办学许可证，这是对伦华教育和南通州外国语学校办学的高度认可和期待。伦华教育将在南通教育高地上完整运行15年一贯制的“精品化、多元化”博慧教育链，实现教育教学“新高地、新标杆”的目标。

In October, the Nantong Ministry of Education issued the school license for "Nantong Lunhua Senior High School Co., LTD.", which is a high recognition and expectation for Lunhua Education and Nantong Foreign Language School. Lunhua Education will fully run the 15 years of "high-quality and diversified" education chain in Nantong, and achieve the goal of "new heights and new benchmarks" in education and teaching.

9月，中国民办教育协会在杭州召开“中国民办教育协会国际特色学校分会成立会”， 曹伦华总校长当选国际特色学校分会第一届理事会副理事长。

In September, China Association for Private Education held the founding ceremony of the China Association for Private Education International Schools Branch in Hangzhou, and Principal Cao Lunhua was elected the vice chairman of the first Council of China Association for Private Education International Schools Branch.

伦华教育旗下各实体学校在中考、高考中均取得骄人的成绩，学子接连被北京大学、清华大学、牛津大学、帝国理工大学、伦敦政治经济学院等国内外知名院校录取。

All schools of Lunhua Education have achieved remarkable results in the high school entrance examination and college entrance examination, and students have been admitted by Peking University, Tsinghua University, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, London School of Economics and Political Science, and other well-known universities at home and abroad.

博慧学子连续参与第五届亚太青年领袖峰会（APYLC）和第三届国际青年领袖峰会（IYLS），与全球青年领袖代表在云端相聚，用思考丈量世界的维度，用热情与能力在国际舞台淬炼文化气度。

Bohui students continuously participated in the Fifth Asia Pacific Youth Leadership Convention (APYLC) and the Third International Youth Leadership Summit (IYLS), met with representatives of global youth leaders in the cloud, measured the dimensions of the world with thinking, and tempered cultural atmosphere on the international stage with enthusiasm and ability.

12月，伦华教育作为2020年疫情以来，苏州市首次赴欧经贸团唯一民办学校代表，第一时间赴法、 德两国与教育人士重聚，完成全新教育项目签约和一系列商务拓展，收获更深层次、更广领域的教育交流成果。

In December, as the only representative of private education model in Suzhou，Lunhua Education being the first  explorer went to France and Germany for cooperation expansion and signed the brand new agreement with the leading and reputated international partner, which brings us much deeper and wider educational achievement.
